Welcome to our Pre-School

In our setting we have Miss Brown and Miss Bennett. We are also joined by the lovely reception class.

Children are allowed to join the school term after their 3rd Birthday. We currently run 3 sessions:

8:40/45am – 11:45am  (3 hours) – Session One

11:45am – 12:15pm (30 mins) – Session Two

12:15pm – 3:10/15pm (3 hours) – Session Three

You will be able to use your government funded hours for the sessions you have requested.  Please follow the link for more information and to obtain your eligibility code: https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/. Please then pass this code on to the office.

During your child’s session we offer a snack time which includes a cup of milk/water with a choice of fruit.

A slice of toast and hot lunches from the school kitchen is also available for an extra cost. Alternatively a healthy lunch can be brought in from home, following the guidance for how to prepare safer lunches.

Working alongside reception provides a richness of opportunity strengthening all areas of development. We learn to work together as a team, have endless amounts of fun and are better equipped to start school through a gradual increase of structured activities such as phase 1 phonics and early mathematics.

Throughout our school we have mixed age groups, meaning that the friendships formed in our EYFS unit will continue to blossom.
