We passionately believe that the Performing Arts build confidence, resilience and teamwork.
Every child has the opportunity to perform on stage in a production each year as well as leading assemblies at various points throughout the year. We make our productions as professional as possible with a stage, scenery, costumes, stage lighting and even head mics!
Pupils also take part in our annual ‘Caton’s Got Talent’ competition, which is great fun!
We have had the honour of welcoming the Mayor of Lancaster to our last two productions. Also, Cat Smith, our local MP, came to watch our production of Peter Pan. She posted: Really impressive school play tonight of Peter Pan – every single child should be really proud of themselves! Well done all the adults who made it possible, it was brilliant.
